Shipping policy

*FREE SHIPPING IS INCLUDED ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES, with the exception of WHOLESALE BULK ORDERS (see below). Expedited shipping is not available.

ROAST-to-ORDER: Once purchase is confirmed, your order will be processed and your coffee will be queued for roasting. No minimum purchase required. From ORDER to ROAST typically takes 1 to 3 days depending on volume of orders received. Holidays and peak periods can increase time from order to roast, as well as roast to delivery. 

DELIVERY: Once your coffee has been roasted, it will be bagged and shipped directly to you from the roasting facility, located in Temecula, California. Depending on your location, this will typically take 1 to 5 business days. 

WHOLESALE BULK ORDERS: Offered by request only. Discounted Bulk Rates are available for 5Lb Whole Bean bags for all of our coffees. Please use CONTACT link below to inquire. BULK ORDER SHIPPING RATES are calculated at checkout based on total weight of order. Wholesale Customers will be sent a custom invoice to approve the order and shipping rate.

MERCHANDISE is shipped separate from coffee and will have a shipping cost calculated at checkout.
