*A rare find! Only 3 percent of coffee cherries produce a single fused coffee seed ("bean") inside, instead of the usual two. Due to the round shape of the fused halves, it was given the name Peaberry. They are carefully removed from the harvest, typically by hand, and sold for export as a specialty product. The fusion of the seeds creates a uniquely concentrated flavor profile that some consider the "champagne" of coffee... We consider it good ole' fashioned natural magic ;)
