*A rare find! Only 3 percent of coffee cherries produce a single fused coffee "bean" inside, instead of the usual two. Due to the round shape, instead of the two standard half-circle beans, it was given the name Peaberry. They are carefully removed from the harvest, typically by hand, and sold for export as a specialty product. The fusion of the seeds creates a uniquely concentrated flavor profile that some consider the "champagne" of coffee... We consider it good ole' fashioned natural magic ;)
